Ms. Shreya Chugh
As an International faculty member at The Art of Living (AOL), Ms. Shreya Chugh plays a big role in shaping the minds of tomorrow's leaders. Currently, spearheading the organisation's youth programs in Western India, her goal is to empower youth to fulfil their self-identified aspirations.
Over the past twelve years Shreya has extensively travelled and taught in India, Dubai, China, Egypt, Taiwan, Bahrain, Qatar, Malaysia, Singapore, Argentina, Brazil , Peru, Suriname, Curacao and Colombia in educating the youth on life skills, coping with their anxieties and aspirations, while also addressing issues that lead to depression, drugs, alcohol, smoking, aggression and violence.
As the Program Director of the Children and Teens programs (North), Shreya not only teaches a wide range of AOL courses, but is also in-charge of training teachers who can lead these powerful programs. Shreya also specialises in creating unique and engaging yoga classes for the pre-teens and teens that help shape their mental, physical and emotional wellness.
Shreya also manages to focus her attention on various social initiatives, performing and organising satsangs, volunteering in old age homes, raising funds for the homeless and needy, and educating the children living in the slums.
In the past, Shreya has represented India on Project KEO – a satellite launched by the French Government and NASA. She has also worked with multinational corporations on animation projects and graphic illustrations in Australia and USA.
Shreya is interested in photography, enjoys adventure sports (for which she won various awards in the past), painting, cartooning, and playing various musical instruments.
She strives to excel as an instrument of His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, whose goal is to put a smile back on every person's face on this planet.
