Teachers

Our Teachers are trained to be compassionate and child-friendly that is essential in an education system where basic human values need to be encouraged in the classroom. Basically children are born with these values and it requires a teacher who can patiently uncover these values viz. friendliness, compassion, cooperation, smile, laughter, a sense of belongingness, wanting to care and share. Our teachers are given special training that orients them to nurture and nourish these values in our school children. Our teachers recognize the need for complete development of the children because they understand that body and mind are so interlinked that what we put in the body reflects on the mind, and what’s happening in the mind is reflected on the body e.g. violence in the mind reflects on the child’s body and his/her actions.

The teacher-student bonding is a very strong and important part of our school culture. The children feel strongly connected to their teachers as the teachers nurture the human touch with the students and bond with them to create the friendly atmosphere so that children are able to learn in a stress-free environment. Learning is then spontaneous and interesting to the children. The students are encouraged to articulate their doubts and questions freely. The students.
