Ans. No we will not give medicines as only doctors i.e. psychiatrist can prescribe medicines. Counseling involves rational discussion to help you to arrive at solutions chosen by you.

Ans. No, our experts will not take decisions for you but help you make and accept your own decisions and trust them.
Q) How long will the counselling last?
Ans. Each online counseling session lasts for 40 minutes to help you understanding a different way of addressing things /problems according to you.
Q) How many Counseling sessions do I need? How do I know when I am ready to discontinue counselling?
Ans.When you feel confident about you and are able to decide for yourself.
Q) Would my counselor care about me?
Ans.Counselors are also a human being so your problems do touch them. Their role is to ensure your well-being.
Q) Will anyone be informed that I am going for counselling?
Ans.No,nothing without your explicit request and permission. It’s a confidential relationship. And everything stays confidential.
Q) Will you put any information in my personal records?
Ans.No,information will be confidential. It will not go public.
Q) Can I help someone I am concerned about?
Ans. Yes, you can definitely help someone you care about. First you should listen to that person but do not provide him/her with any solution. You may discuss the same with a counsellor as information is kept confidential. And you may arrange for a meeting or a call.
Q) What if my friends discover that I am seeking counseling?
Ans. When I have fever I go to the doctor so when I have difficulty in dealing with emotions I go to a counsellor. We are all human beings so we may need different kind of help as we all are unique individuals.
Q) How much personal information is needed to share with the counsellor? Will talking about the aspects related to the present problem only can get me solutions?
Ans. One should show openness to share everything with the counsellor because it will then give the complete perspective to the counsellor so as to where the root cause of the problem lies, which sometimes we fail to comprehend ourselves.
Q) Do I need to see the counsellor every time I face a problem which I could not resolve myself?
Ans. Counselling is a self-empowering process so that you realize all your strengths which makes you resolve your own problems as and when they arise.
