Talent club is a weekly personality development class, for children in the age of 8 – 14 years, running throughout the year upto 24 classes

Training for Talent Facilitator

A fun filled two day training in Bangalore for Talent. Alternatively you can organise the training in your area as well.

Requirements to be a T.A.L.E.N.T facilitator

• Good communication skills
• Good Personality
• Ability to manage and handle children skillfully
• Positive attitude Preferably TTC1 graduate or have done Art of Living programs such as basic and advanced and love for children AND
• recommendation from local ART EXCEL / YES teacher

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• One big room (20 sq. ft per student) per class of 20 students and a outdoor space to play games for TALENT
• Having a Laptop around is very preferable for TALENT
• Easy internet access as a monthly report has to be submitted via email to trust office
• Atleast one additional volunteer for every group of 20 students.
