Leander Paes wins 25 lakhs rupees in KBC and Donates to SSRVM, Dharavi school

Leander Paes, Indian international tennis player along with Sushil Kumar (Indian World Champion Wrestler), Manoj Kumar (Wrestler), Jwala Gutta (National Badminton Champion), Sreesanth (Cricketer) and Ashwini Ponnapaa (Badminton Champion) played for their favourite charity Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir on Kaun Banega Crorepathi, 2nd November 2010.

Amitabh Bachchan had delightfully introduced the players as ‘the Super six’ who had done India proud at this year’s Common Wealth Games.

228 children attend the Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Vidya Mandir (SSRVM) School in Dharavi, Asia’s largest slum. Teachers say they are amazing learners, volunteers say they are great fun to be with. Given the opportunity, they too can experience an incredible India and participate in the exercise of nation building.
